A new mall concept 3S centre
Klang, 29 September 2017 – Honda Malaysia recently upgraded their outlet in the fast growing township of Bandar Botanic in Klang. This well equipped and furnished 3S Centre by Botanic Auto Mall Sdn. Bhd. (Botanic Auto Mall) will provide more convenience to Honda customers in Klang.
Botanic Auto Mall invested approximately RM22 million into the development of the centre which sits on a 1.7 acre land with the biggest total build-up area in central region at almost 72,000 square feet. This new site enables a larger capacity in terms of sales and after-sales service in order to serve the growing customer base in the region.
The area is easily accessible via main highways such as KESAS Highway, allowing it to also support additional customers from neighbouring townships of Shah Alam, Subang and Petaling Jaya. Once the soon-to-be-built LRT 3 Station is completed behind Botanic Auto Mall Honda 3S Centre, customers will have the extra convenience of travelling to any nearby destinations.
It has 24 service bays, capable of accommodating up to 120 cars per day. These service bays include 5 fast service, 16 general repairs, a tyre service and two air-conditioning service facilities. The customer area is enhanced with three large executive and contemporary customer lounges, café counter offering a variety of hot drinks and snacks. A surau, shuttle service for customers and escalator connecting ground floor to first floor, designed based on a “mall” concept.

The central region is Honda Malaysia’s largest sales contributor with more than 33,400 units sold in the January to August 2017 period. This figure is an increase of 27% when compared to the same period last year. Selangor is the highest contributor, recording more than 19,300 units sold in the first eight months this year.
The increase of total sales in Central region has also translated to an escalation in service intake, which grew to more than 369,700 units from January to August 2017 against more than 335,500 units serviced in the same period last year. This is a 10% growth and it underscores the need for more 3S centres.
