Petaling Jaya, 20 October 2008 - Suzuki Malaysia Automobiles Sdn Bhd announced today that the Grand Vitara 2.0L (A) incorporates more features in the exterior, interior and the chassis.

A new honeycombed grille and front bumper, multi-reflector head lamps, flared fenders and squared shoulders enhances the rugged look. Its wide and low stance allows for easy maneuvering and road holding.

The cabin is mainly black in colour with silver metallic accents while the instrument meters are with metallic surrounds. There is now also an integrated information display that displays essential vehicle information. An in-dash 6-CD tuner with MP3/WMA player is available and steering wheel incorporates illuminated audio controls. The air-conditioner panel has also been newly designed.

Another enhancement is the lightweight monocoque body with ‘built-in ladder frame’ which results in improved overall rigidity without increase in weight thus creating greater resistance to twisting and bending.

The colour choices are Bluish Black Pearl, Graphite Grey, Pearl White, Quasar Grey and Twilight Purple. Price wise, it is RM113,900 on-the-road without insurance for private registration in Peninsular Malaysia.
