Kuala Lumpur, 29 October 2008 - Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. and Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd (ETCM) will jointly hold “Nissan Technology Square” at 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Lower Ground Floor Oval from 6th – 9th November 2008 and it is open for the public.

At Nissan Technology Square, Nissan will be showcasing it’s technologies with a focus on addressing environment and road safety concerns. Visitors will also experience examples of Nissan's technological innovations and the future of automobiles through the exhibition, interactive displays and demonstrations.

The first 1,000 daily visitors will receive a PIVO 2 paper craft which can be folded like a Japanese origami. In addition, the first 100 daily visitors will also get a children’s Nissan Safety book.

Nissan Technology Square is part of Nissan’s ongoing communications outreach across Asia which started with the successful Nissan Design Forum in 2007. Malaysia will be the 4th country to hold this event after Taiwan in May, Indonesia in August and Singapore in September, before moving on to India and Thailand.
