Shah Alam, 26 August 2008 – In collaboration with MUI Continental Insurance Bhd, owners of Hyundai and Inokom cars and SUVs distributed by Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors Sdn Bhd (HSDM) can now enjoy a 5-year or 300,000 km warranty that was launched today.

“We are happy to be able to offer this super warranty on your new cars and we believe this would surely enhance ownership pleasure with peace of mind,” said Dennis Ho, Managing Director, Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors Sdn Bhd.

“Although the new generation of Hyundai and Inokom vehicles already a high degree of quality and durability built-in, the additional warranty coverage would be an additional assurance,” he added.

The whole range of vehicles distributed by HSDM is entitled for this new super warranty coverage and there is no additional cost or any change in the price of the new vehicles. As any warranty, terms and conditions apply with normal wear and tear, willful damage and maintenance negligence being some of the areas not covered.

“This warranty is a mirror of a manufacturer’s warranty and it applies to private, company and government purchase,” said Dennis in reply to our question.
