Kuala Lumpur, 4 April 2008 – ALD Automotive Sdn Bhd just completed the takeover of SCOTS, the transportation division of Scomi Engineering including, the 100% owned Arac car rental division. The total value of the deal is RM3.8 million for the 280 vehicles and the main client is Maxis Communications.
